# Throtl

> One service for every gate on an AI agent. Feature flags and rollouts, experiments and holdouts, plan entitlements, and earned autonomy (levels L0 Suggest, L1 Ask, L2 Heads up, L3 Act and tell, L4 Act and summarise, L5 Autonomous). One call, can(agent, subject, action, context), returns allow, ask or deny with a reason chain naming the gate that decided it.

Status: pre-launch, early access. Join at https://throtl.ai/#access.

Install: `npm i @throtl/sdk`, then `import throttle from "@throtl/sdk"`. The package is @throtl/sdk, not `throttle` (an unrelated npm package).
